Monrud LLC methodically ensures the daily safety of all employees and not only our own. Health and safety is an inseparable part of our operation, and we are proud we strictly follow Mongolian Laws, regulations and procedures as well as international OHS standards. MONRUD’s Management team is assigned to manage the company’s safety systems, giving confidence that we will become the leading organization delivering safe working conditions and ensuring a complete understanding of health and safety responsibilities. Our company ensures that the appropriate conditions are provided in order for our employees to recognize hazards and to follow the appropriate steps in order to deliver safe and hygienic environments at all times.

This includes but not limited to the following:

• Implementing health & safety management systems
• Ensuring that staff understand and comply with health & safety responsibilities through training
• Improve health & safety performance wherever and whenever possible
• Follow stringently all appropriate laws and regulations
• Refresh daily on all aspect of Health & Safety within the work place through tool box training
